✔ Learn to Swim เรียนรู้พื้นฐานการว่ายน้ำหลักการว่ายน้ำอย่างไรให้ปลอดภัย ผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้การว่ายท่าฟรีสไตล์กรรเชียง กบ และผีเสื้อ

✔ Junior ผู้เรียนจะได้เพิ่มความเข้มข้น ความแม่นยำและความรวดเร็วในการว่ายท่าฟรีสไตล์และท่ากบเพื่อการแข่งขันพร้อมฝึกฝนการว่ายน้ำในรูปแบบต่างๆ ทั้ง Dryland การพลิกหน้าการกระโดด การเตะขา

Slp-swimlikeapro X STAGE Our goal is to develop peak performance and enable swimmers to reach their full potential with a focus on stroke technique, strength, and fitness development.

✔ Learn to Swim has been designed for children to learn about water safety. Each individual requires different time to achieve acquaintance with water and feel comfortable in water. After this course, individual will be able to stay afloat and swim to shallow or safe zone. Also, basic freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly are main focuses.

✔ Junior Squad comprises of young swimmers and those who can do freestyle and breaststroke only. In Junior squad, swimmer will be trained in variation of freestyle and breaststroke practice including front flip, jump and kick. After this course, individual will be competent in freestyle and breaststroke for competition.
